You must be kidding. The CEO, SK, Has 2.1Milj options which represent his bonus compensation and you say that if he cannot cash in on them (meaning that they would never be in the money) he would loose nothing?

Do you think there is someone on this board that would think of not getting his bonus as not being a loss? Then why do people get bonuses?

I'll gladly give my concierge to SK as bonus if it is all the same. He looks like a million dollar but that is as far as it goes. But in the same spirit SK would have nothing to loose.

Even better, the concierge does let the dog out and I don't think one can say as much of SK's worthless options. So I offer him the better deal between both worthless things.
