Me personally with this news, interest in middle east (also on conference call)

This has become an absolute positive buy and hold!

IMO... Before the year is out I an solid on my .15 to .25

Once Nat Standard dispatches funding to begin... Then it will jump again .5 to .6 maybe even a dollar

Moment they start constructing. Another jump low dollar range to 2

Till they complete IMO be around 3 to 4 a share

once it becomes profitable around 5 to 7 a share

Variants of course but this is logical to me. PPS reflect market confidence
