You won't ever know what I do but some do and can back up what I say. The company issues started before he got there and he was hopeful government contracting was going to turn around. It didn't company will rebound if another war is engaged in middle east within 5 years. The company is almost in a dormant status waiting for next big thing. They all do it and in the process as I stated employees get paid by shares. They sale shared to get paid but if they know if share values are about to increase they hold on to them when their restrictions come off like now ;)
