I think he really meant

That last PR about (the) merger d(a)ted (around) March 29th (stated) they expect (to) close within 45 days... We should (be) close... I kno(w) (a) big investment llc is going to alert a triple 000s merger play on the 12th... Maybe it(')s this one????
