The potential for exponential growth still exist with VoX International Calling, management just has to step up to the plate and make the tough decision to get this company Cash Flow Positive.

The share price is down here because of the insane dilution that has taken place to pay down debt and fund operations. Paying down debt was really not an option, it had to be done to get out from under that $14m in debt, but the lack of sound fiscal discipline in cutting cost was all on managements shoulders as was that horrendous terms of the CDs that they agreed to.

Business is growing slowly which is to be expected when you have no money to advertise or expand so it is going to take some time to get out of this ditch, but it can be done and the price is right.

Market cap of $600,000 for the whole company is way out of line, and our partners at Value are chasing a market cap of $25 Million after the recent run up.
