f you call our tech defective in the same way that Windows operating systems are, I can live with that "defect". LOL.

I interpret your LOL to mean that you you hold the belief that if Windows has had security vulnerabilities and MediaMax has had security vulnerabilites then MediaMax must be in the same league as Windows?
