I spoke with Flex-Power yesterday and they would not say anything about heritage, if they were their TA why wouldn't he say so. I mean that is not insider info.

To me there is much more to the story or he would refer those questions to the TA instead he said all questions to be sent to flex-power IR and IR@flexpower.com
