I don't know why people continue to tout the institutional investors. It's awful. It's a blackmark, similar to insider holdings and the Cotara fiasco.

Most of the institutional holders are index funds. Dart took a flyer with a few million of his billion dollars. I sincerely hope it works out for him, but talking about institutional holdings like it isn't awful makes no sense.
