CEO's don't answer questions like that but from the looks of it, it seems his confidence has waned because initially he said 60 days and now, out of nowhere he is saying 60-90. He is trying to manage expectations and to make sure his reputation doesn't take that much of a hit. If you are doing such a thing; as stated, you are not gonna say it with confidence hence the peculiar way of his statements.
