I don't think they are stupid enough to take a risk like that. Plus, if I was making up bold face lies, I'd throw out much bigger numbers than what they are reporting.

I've had personal contact with Dan, and it's clear to me that they are making the effort to improve exposure, update the company name on all sites. He acknowledged the exposure issues and is implementing a IR campaign to improve visibility.

I think as soon as this company gets exposed to more and more people, it will start to take off. It won't be ignored forever.
