I cannot give you specifics on that only my experience of someone who has been actively involved in stocks for quite some time. you may be able to find the lone company that has done well when that happens but its far and few between . I would rather play the odds and believe that if they do a R/S the same thing will happen. depending on your terms you will loose a large number of shares and the price will open higher as the float comes down. it only stays up for a short time and that is your time to get out. then you can watch it come down until you can buy much cheaper and get back in. its not good and if you have a real product and good news it does not need to happen. this company can get the price up to what is needed to uplist by progress, and keeping the investment community informed.
