The fact that COTARA is in phase III is an accomplishment IMO. It means the drug is good enough to be there.
You cannot expect a small company to spend a money they dont have doing in all sorts of trials. You have to choose just the most efficient ones and stick to them. COTARA can wait, patients I am afraid they cant but that is another story where politicians should do something about
