Industrial Nanotech INTK) is pleased to announce that a patent protecting the Company's
Nansulate line of protective coatings has been approved by the U.S. Patent and
Trademark Office. Originally filed nationally and internationally in November
2003, this patent covers the Company's coating products that have the combined
performance qualities of thermal insulation, corrosion protection, and mold
resistance.

Industrial Nanotech anticipates that the receipt of this patent on its core
products will provide a strong competitive advantage in the marketplace,
contribute to increased revenue opportunities and add significant value to the
Company's intellectual property portfolio.
