Well thats kind of what hes contesting, that just because you have huge sales or profits doesnt mean its asucessful model. Its succesful for some people certainly, but it seems the data show that the vast majority of people who involve themselves as distributors, the little guys, end up failing miserably. But the company, as far as i remember, wouldnt release the numbers that showed the breakdown of where all the revenues came from. They just cited some blanket stats that covered their behinds.

Theres a reason theres like 8 investigations going on into Herbalife right now. Itll be interesting to see if they find wrongdoing but do nothing or if it can be proven its a legit business model. Its going to make a splash either way, if Ackman covers or if Hlife goes under. If Ackman is right hell be a legend and a true activist investor the hard way. Hell be right in principle but put people out of work, even if they shouldnt have been there in the first place. But as for MYEC, a scam we are not and those who claim it also know it is not IMO. We are going to revisit the moon very soon.
