That's just one example Cuin... Titan's pps hasn't done much during the same amount of time! The notion that a R/S is a negative move is silly. It all depends when and why it is done. I'd rather have it done now to get us to the 50 mil outstanding range (and in position to uplist) so that if/when an acquisition happens we are more likely to have a stock exchange ratio at or close to 1:1 (depending on the acquirer). That will not happen if we have significantly more shares outstanding. I was an emplyee of Schering-Plough when Merck and SP merged. I took a hit on the new pps on my stock options. In reality I didnt lose value on my SP options, but the new pps did not transfer to Merck's pps (each SP share was worth about 70% of Merck's). Dilution does hurt us when it comes to potential pps.
