they can't tell you where the merger was filed, because it wasn't filed anywhere, hence no merger....they will just tell you that it doesn't matter, even though it does matter, big time, to the poster's credibility. Next he'll try to get you to believe that the Nevada Court system has nothing better to do than entertain frivolous lawsuits just to make sure lawyers get rich.
The question to ask is why was it stated that there was a merger....did someone tell that to the poster and he just believed it and thought that we would too? Was it posted because it had to have happened if his story of events was to be believed? or was it an out right lie?
Time for him to man up or step down
