Ok... here it goes.
Please keep in mind that these are only my opinions and I do not recommend anyone taking ANY action based on my experience!!!
My overall impression of Abatiss and Mike Withrow is very positive. I have to agree with Shark Attack in that Mike does look you in the eye when conversing. I introduced myself as a shareholder and he immediately replied "I guess i work for you then!' I got the feeling he was sincere and genuine although I have no idea if that's a stock answer he has when approached in that fashion. I didn't feel that was the case.
I asked him about the pending license and he said something would have to be very wrong if we were not granted one. HOWEVER... by no means did he convey that we would know if were successful or not by June. My impression was that there is no timeline for this. He did add that Experion has applied for their license and felt that subsidiary has a good chance of obtaining one.
i asked him about the current private placement and he said they have raised $500k so far. He mentioned one person wanted to invest $1 million but then spin-off the biocube portion of the business. Mike told me that this was not something he wanted to do. Consequently, the person withdrew their offer. Mike did sat he felt the PP is whats keeping the share price stagnant currently. He mentioned that they would probably close the PP when they raise $1mil vs the $2mil previously announced.
I did ask him about the website and he said it was being worked on and hoped it would be updated in 2 weeks. Take it fwiw.
I thanked him for his time and he continued networking with others...
