Company is completely dead. Do you really think company has several thousand dollars to even send out the certificates via registered mail, publishing the certificates, recording such, etc. ?

What did you think of Jason's last dialogue where he said "he already got his money here, unlike Turner", ? Now what is his and Kerry's motivation for PVEC ? Why would he make that kind of statement, except to rub mud into the shareholders faces?
