So.... Are you saying that the R/S can NOT take place until the symbol has changed from MONA to whatever it is going to be ... The stock can not be split until the merge has been completed because it was filed as Flex-Power and not Monarc? Monarc/MONA did not file for the R/S Flex Power did?
