Based on Watts recent history, he does not like making statements that well.
So, my guess is when he does make a statement, he will have SOMETHING to say more than:
Hi! How are you? Im Mel Watt. That concludes my statement for today.

Instead, I think we can expect some changes. I have said this before, there are some very good reasons why I think he may announce the end of cship:

1. Fannie is now profitable, and no longer needing gov. support.

2. With the discovery, there is more and more pressure on the government to release cship. For example, if it were released at least ONE of judge sweeney's questions will be answered. (When and how will fannie be released from cship)

3. The recent 8k announcing there will be board member changes effective May 14.

4. Upcoming elections. Politicians can brag they made fannie profitable, and put the economy back on track, saving jobs.

In summary, it all makes sense to me. If I were playing chess, I sometimes announce checkmate in 3.
