some might remember that the selling of the prox
(turnkey) was advice given to me by an analyst friend
(about 2+ years ago) .. so after wresting back control
of the co. last summer .. i wasn't surprised about what
RH noted last August during his first CC

as for my 5 year plan .. that is *my* avg when it comes
to start ups in transition .. it can run 4 to 8 years
or even 10 depending on the sector and the disruptive tech

i give JBI an extra year due to various entities in play
(or as i call it >> the unrelenting

i challenge anyone *interested* in JBI to find one other
*letter* by the dolts (sec) on par with what was sent to JBI
(9.28.10 and uploaded almost a year later for public consumption)

the hooks are embedded deeply re: JBI/JBII and have been since 2010
when *cycle of money* failed post orchestration UP in Dec 2009
