I'll admit I took some profits off the table @ 7 here but am wisely reloading some 4's and just missed some 3's.

ASFX has some interesting variables here just haven't had time to really sit down and go through the filings since the BK filing.

I will say this:

For a company that has a name change and has verifiable products on the shelf under the new name, I agree that what happens to the shares and/or share structure is the main question.

However one also has to wonder if they were going to make commons worthless and/or cancel them, why wouldn't they have done that already when the name change was initiated??? That would have been the logical thing to do at that time.
