That's what I thought too. But I contacted OTCMarkets yesterday when REDG got bumped to inquire why. OTCMarkets are the ones that give the market designations for companies. They sent me the following e-mail.

The bid price requirement is on-going, so if a company doesn’t have a bid greater than or equal to $0.01 in the past 30 days they will be removed from OTCQB. This is why REDG was moved today.

In other words, if we go 30 calendar days without a closing bid of .01 for at least one day, we will get bumped a tier. REDG was in the very same position as MDNT. I searched last night and today to try to figure out when the last day we had a closing bid of .01. It's hard to find anything with that info, but it looks like April 21st we had a low above .01, so I'm thinking that was the last day we had a closing bid of .01. That means we have to reach that again (for one day) by May 20th or 21st, I'm a little confused on how the 30 days is calculated. I'm REALLY ticked off that the OTC Fact Sheet didn't mention that little tidbid. We have to worry about that every month!
