CWIR there is no Summit relationship or missing shares or RS ...

Looks like Summit became a subsidiary of CWIR through a mutual share swap agreement MANY years ago. IT ALSO LOOKS LIKE THAT RELATIONSHIP WAS RECINDED WHEN SUMMIT WAS DISSOLVED ...
