Well, unfortunately....most people here haven't been in the presence of businessmen coordinating multi-million dollar financing agreements. The lender has to see some potential, for whatever reason that may be, to finalize a deal to this extent. I mean this is no joke...we have this financing on record and it is official.

How many MJ companies are securing BRAND NEW LENDERS after extinguishing previous debt to make way for their new, evolving products in an industry with untapped market potential?
