The unknown of it, the lack of transparency, is the issue. It looks very sketchy but theres no hard evidence to confirm just what is going on. One can speculate some manner of cooking the books is occuring, whether naked shorting and balancing of the books at the close or some variation, But its a big fat stinky gooey hairy question mark.
