fawd, I called the TA and he gave me the contact info they had on file. I called and spoke to a man and he said that everything is still in the works but unfortunately the paperwork has not gone as planned, and is taking longer than they anticipated. We talked briefly that the PR stating everything should be done at the end of the month was ultimately badly timed as it makes the company appear to be a scam and unable to be trusted. He assured me everything is still a go.
