MANY BALTIA INVESTORS ON HERE HAVE EXPRESSED CONCERNS OVER THE CASH SPENDING, LATE SEC FILINGS, MISSED DEADLINES AND INCREASED AUTHORIZED SHARES. SOME HAVE EVEN EXPRESSED CONCERNS OVER "TAPE PAINTING" RECENTLY. IF YOU FEEL THAT YOU HAVE BEEN MISLED BY THE COMPANY OR ANY OFFICERS OF THE COMPANY OR IF YOU FEEL THAT THERE ARE QUESTIONABLE TRADES, YOU CAN ALWAYS FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE SEC AT THE LINK BELOW.
