with only ~14% of float not locked up by institutions no one would be able to take on a big enough position to take it over. That would have to run by current shareholders through proxy votes, and I do not see them approving anything less than fair value or assets at a bare minimum. They might be able to take on a big enough position to force proxy votes, get a board seat, ruffle feathers, etc., but not a straight up hostile takeover. And any company that takes on a position that size loses all voting power; checkmate.
patience is the name of the game. this is a long term fundamental investment. sometimes it takes a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnng time for price discovery to happen. Being down 8% with only 30% of normal daily trade volume is meaningless. $100k (not a lot of money) can swing this a large % in any direction.
