IMHO, that shows great confidence in the equipment, the surgeon and the procedure

Here is an information form regarding medical device regulation in the Ukraine. I find it interesting that the U.S Department of Commerce is listed on the bottom left of the page. This basically reveals to me that there is cooperation between the U.S. and Ukraine regarding products in the medical area of commerce. One has to wonder if this tie will help in the sharing of information regarding tissue-welding history. A developed history of operational success the Ukraine could be shared with the FDA and other U.S. agencies.

Here is a parallel news story in the Ukraine regarding the order of 10 tissue welding units. This order by the Ministry of Health seems to be the equivalent of an FDA order here in the U.S.. This is the medical regulatory agency for the Ukraine procuring revolutionary surgical equipment. IMO, an organization of this magnitude by testing and approving tissue welding will place the word “legitimate” all over this procedure and device. This has worldwide ramifications.
