This "can not drill the holes in an economic manner" because the drill is to long to fit in the shafts, thereby requiring steep angles, using our own crew, is just plain rediculous!!!

No mention of BUYING an acceptable drill, so the crew can get the job done?? Should have been considered LONG, LONG before this PR was released.

If you are a carpenter, and you need to drill concrete, and you only have a 3/8 drill that will not get the job done, then you go buy A DRILL THAT WILL GET THE JOB DONE.

THIS LAST PR IS ONE OF THE MOST REDICULOUS PIECES OF WORK THAT I HAVE SEEN IN THE LAST 10 YEARS..
