I say the same thing to my kids. If they ask me for something and I say, "I'll think about it." They typically beat the shit out of it until they make up my mind for me. If they were just patient and were willing to wait for my answer, they more than likely would have gotten what they asked for. You can't just hound the shit out of people and expect them to bend over and continuously take it, especially when it's the same thing over and over. I'm totally fine waiting to hear in a PR, and then using Google to verify the validity without having to call or email anyone.
