Well written, and to the point. A lot of people are going to have issue with being asked not to perform their own DD, but you gotta think that these guys/gals don't have time to sit by the phone all day to answer the same questions every single day. I personally don't have a problem with them telling us to leave them alone for a bit to get some work done. Hopefully this won't cause some huge backlash.
