The entire site with 3 processors was said to cost $6.5 million with "up to" $2 million in engineering costs too.
$1 million per processor in costs seems reasonable.
As for selling them for $8 million to $9 million, the "business justification" is the same or better than any other alternative energy equipment manufacturer including Agilyx selling their equipment for even higher prices.
The "business justification" models for say children's clothing stores tends to be vastly different than for alternative energy machines. Agilyx doesn't sell its machines based on some low multiple of potential profitability and neither will JBII have to.
