No. you are only a bit above 50%. you still got another 10 to 14 billion shares to go thru. once u get to OS = 30 billion, You will need a painful reverse split to control this mess. once you do that and share price goes to a theoretical value of $0.0000001 then your CEO will file another reg A to dump another 30 billion like he said he would if need to. Of course in the meanwhile, he will drop couple fluff PRs to make people believe and buy his printed useless shares.

sorry dilution is not done and it will never be done. other than a no bid / reverse split, there is nothing safe to say about STBV
