There are two equally important components that will equal success : Finding Oil, and knowing who your getting in bed with on the play. Oil leases can be very expensive to operate and it's important that costs are watched closely. Some operators are good at watching expense and some are not. A poorly ran lease can eat up profits in a heartbeat. My company has operated leases in the past and on one particular lease the old operator was spending around 150,000.00 monthly to operate the lease. We came in and operated the lease for 56,000.00 per month. So know who your getting in bed with, it's important. Good luck here to all investors and COIL.
