If the company believes in his business and the future prospects of that business, putting money down to keep herself current will never be an issue. Also, it costs money to release news. If the company doesn't know what she's doing, she won't be putting out prs to update shareholders about her plans going forward. I believe the issue is from the otc as confirmed from other sources having the same problems.
