I just saw this message so I will answer it.

Surf has expanded into the Cincinnati facility. There has been no suggestion that Surf California will expand into an e-plant.

Having explored the computer refurbishment business for the last three months, I have come to the conclusion that this business is essentially dead, or will be soon. The trend to phones and I-Pads, the cloud, the falling prices makes it non-economical, sorry to say. We tried to make a business that would get refurbished equipment into the hands of those that can't afford it, but when you can buy a chrome book for $250, and it costs $100 (if you are lucky) to get an out of style computer, refurbish, put on software, we really are not helping a kid or family by giving them something that will likely be more trouble than it is worth.

It really kills me because it sounded so good and made so much sense, but it is not a growth industry and even now barely profitable. If SURF made $10K in a city of 10 million people, what does that tell you? I can see why they added one in Cincinnati, but it won't contribute much in my opinion.
