I totally agree with you! This morning, it was a well planned nuke attack on VRNG's PPS. The criminal hedgies found that basher like SecureIT bashing on public msg boards doesn't work out quite well (it is just like a little bullet on an elaphant.) So they used today's hearing as a chance and send in a nuke (bloomberg + dumped big amount of shares to triggered tons of stop loss) to knock the PPS down. You can obviously see it was not a sell off from any body about the hearing. It was pure manipulation to steal shares and scare the little investors.
