Like you say nano123 it is not a loss unless you actually sell.

But saying this if ?? you look at the possible ( paper losses )from our FROZ's High's of .025 cents a share from April 21, the day we all of a sudden found out about this IR deal, the FROZ Shareholder market Value since this announcement as of todays close of only .0047 has gone down appx. $79,000,000,00 Million dollars, this is if you use the 3.9 Billion in the calculation of all total shares now issued & outstanding. IMO

If you use just the Actual Float of appx 1,200,000,000 Billion then the possible ( Paper Loss ) is appx $25,000,000 Million so far as of todays May 6th close.

3.9 Billion at the April 21 high at .025 = $97,500,000.00

3.9 Billion at todays close of only .0047 = $18,500,000.00

1,200,000,00 Billion in actual Float at.025 = $30,000,000.00 Mil

1,200,000,00 Billion at todays close of .0047= $5,640,000.00 Mil

Bottom-line, I for one can only hope all this dilution that this IR is doing, is truly worth the $2.5 Million APT stands to receive to help pay off in full this past Toxic Debt they own IR.

In fact , Starting tomorrow I hope to see a upturn to GREEN, no way can we go any lower here IMO, My god with the float at only 1.2 Billion and todays close at only .0047, the Shareholder market Cap Value is only a lousy $5.6 Million, INSANE!!! and so undervalued for a company worth well over $20 + Million in Revenues + add another $20 + Million in Assets, Buildings, land, Patents & inventory etc. , in fact, if we stay this low tomorrow even I will see if I get some extra funds made available for me to buy a few more FROZ shares. This is getting INSANE already. But a excellent buy at these low share prices. IMO
