Exactly.. That is done and over. 8-k New directors means new business. That lawsuit was from 2011 was the past. Looks like the new CEO and directors wants to take this company in the right direction and has the experience to do so... Agreed the old owners were scumbags and now they are gone. So why judge a new team when they haven't had the chance to prove themselves. Agree to disagree is a good thing. Let's see how this plays out...
