Are all their shares locked up like the others? If so they could care less until next yr. after we have paid all their bills. Plus if you think about it if the price is low and we paid high then they will be able to sell long before we do.
If I remember someone's post asked their PR man? what happens if the stock doesn't make .01 during 30 consecutive and it didn't appear to be such a problem to him. But I could be wrong.
I wonder how much of the float we own?
