Based on Washington estimates prices, yield and zoning laws..

2,000 maximum sqft grow area multiplied by the average yield of 50g per sqft = 100,000g of marijuana per yield.

100,000 / 28.35 = 3527.34 ounces per yield

3527.34 x average price per ounce of 233 = $821,896.49
