I have E Trade and Schwab. Called both brokers and they clearly stated there is NO DTC chill on ILIV and no problems with that ticker symbol. It is only Ameritrade and they stated also that they are aware Ameritrade does this ALL the time as we have told you since last week. No real traders use Ameritrade. I would get a better broker.

No problem. It was labeled as a "Restriction to closing only" before and as of today it is now labeled as a "DTC Chill" When a TD client tries to place an order it comes up as a DTC Chill" Like I stated before this is on TD, I have not looked into other brokerages.
