Another reply from Marty, as I asked about the trucks being new or used (for confirmation even though I assumed new)...

"The trucks will be new. A number of the trucks will be used to transport goods from the ocean to the capital of Niger. Tropicalized means that must be able to handle heat, high water and less that perfect roads....not to mention humidity."
