There is no doubt in my mind he just made all of this up and yes I am sure he can setup Wowza and broadcast his own videos. I did it in a day and still host a few apps with it. It's the idea that this PR makes the assumption this company even exists in the first place and will have advertisers lined up. Highly doubtful but I do hope it is true.

I will say they need to check with their legal department when claiming they are an Inc. or using TM on any of their products if they are not listed as such...
