YES. The difference between Outstanding Shares and the Float is the amount of shares "insiders" own. CEO, etc. The float is the amount of shares available to the public. So if you take into account all the investors here and roughly how much we all have we may have 1/3 of the float locked (not selling). If none of us sell, or put a high sell order, it will force the stock to drive up since there will be demand and no one will be selling! Float of around 550M should put us at around 20 cents when you take into Market Cap. Crap companies have a market cap over 250M some of them at one point (ERB* is one of them) and had a float of 2B+! Imagine where we would be man. So I always tell people to hold or just sell 10-20% of your portion on the way up to take some profits. No one should be selling everything even when this goes much higher because it kills rallys!
