I had really been excited with this company at one point a while ago. I live near the Dallas office where peter resides. I spoke with him as the longs know in here. He sold me the penny stock CEO crap and I believed it. I made some $$ here and moved on when I realized that shit was going on that I didnt like. I think there are internal problems with the company and there are some large shareholders who wanted out. This may be a way to get rid of them imo. I'll never trade this again, just on moral reasons.
