the 8K in January announcing a new TA just so they could upgrade to Pink Limited. The motion for summary judgement forces Huffy's hand. If he doesn't respond in 20 days (I believe), the Judge can rule on the motion and perhaps the shares will be declared null and void as they should be.

I know.....the lawsuit is fake, right? Huffy, Kara, and Zo are friends, aren't they?
