here is my objective realistic opinion:

The guy who is talking about this ticker being useless kinda has a point when it comes to share structure and debt. However, no sane mgmt would attempt a restructuring if they did not see some sort of a light at end of tunnel (not saying they will necessarily get there). My hope is some takeover group who wants to stay in shadows for now whispered in the ears of the new mgmt "clean ur shit up and we will buy u". kinda a long shot but thats wat speculation is all about.

bought this when it had no bid and i knew something was up. we might stay in 2s and 3s for another year or see our shares voided. Yet, the upside is attractive at least for me. 30 million $ debt for a pharma company shouldnt spook investors IMO.
